Overview

PACTS has four standing committees and, currently, two subcommittees. There are three primary documents that govern the PACTS process and the allocation of federal and state funds for transportation investments through the PACTS process: (1) the transportation improvement program (TIP), (2) by-laws, and (3) biennial work plan.
